Group and Special Events
"On behalf of The Tech Museum of Innovation, I wanted to say thank your for the great photos you took for us recently. I know you have been photographing events for our clients here at The Tech since we opened in 1998, and as a result of these satisfied customers and positive experiences it was an easy decision to call Pro Photo when selecting a photographer for our new brochure.
It was a pleasure to have you come in and work with our staff as a unified team to create photos that captured the look and feel we wanted to project to potential new clients. We sincerely appreciate your professionalism, flexibility and creativity.
Again, thank you for your dedication to getting just the right photo for our needs. We look forward to our continued relationship."
Director of Events
The Tech Museum of San Jose
Thank you for visiting our "Event" photography section. We believe that some events are far too important to not be photographed. Whether it be a rare gathering of relatives at a social event or the blow out decor of a corporate celebration, some special events should not be relegated to memory alone.
Since starting as a volunteer photographer for a local chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, we've been capturing events for close to 20 years.
Those many years of experience taught us that 90% of good event photography is in the planning. With every event we try to discuss the issues listed on our "Tips On Hiring An Event Photographer" web page. While every event does not require this level review, we use this guide as our "preflight" check list to insure that we are not forgetting or missing something.
If you are planning an event, we invite you to call us and to discuss the possibility of creating a photographic record for you. The discussion won't cost you a cent and we'll be happy to share any information with you that might be helpful as well as suggest other vendors if you are in the market. You can call us direct at 408-866-8811 or simply connect with us through our Contact Us form.
